Family United Network was set up in 1998 by parents
to support families caring for children
with "special needs".
It provides play schemes during school holidays for
children with a diverse range of disabilities, which involves their brothers, sisters, parents and carers,
in a stimulating and safe environment.
Also day trips are organised.
Parents have a meeting place so that they can support
each other. Professional talks on a wide range of
subjects are arranged.
We are supported by Mencap, Social Services,
Scope, South Beds. District Council and the
local Business Community
